We offer several payment methods, including the option to pay in full at checkout or choose Buy Now, Pay Later with Klarna. 

Training will be held at Curtis Mayfield House, located in the heart of Newcastle upon Tyne. 

Each course has a set number of guided learning hours, as required by our awarding body, Highfield. The exact duration will depend on the course you choose, and we’ll provide you with a clear breakdown of the time commitment before you enrol. 

You will be required to show one piece of ID for all courses to confirm your identity. 

Acceptable documents include:

• Original passport (any nationality)
• UK photo driver’s licence
   

All candidates attending licence-linked security qualifications must provide the following upon arrival:

• One passport-size photo
• Original passport (any nationality) or UK photo driver’s licence
• Two forms of proof of address (original documents)
   

Important: You will not be able to sit the exam if you do not bring the correct ID documents.

If you have any special requirements during the training process, please let us know when you complete the enrolment form so we can make the necessary arrangements in advance.

If your needs change once training has started, you can also speak directly with your trainer or contact us on 0191 486 3033 or via WhatsApp — we’ll do our best to support you throughout your course.

It’s completely normal to feel nervous before starting something new. Our experienced tutors are here to support you every step of the way, making sure you feel comfortable and confident throughout the learning process.

We take the time to understand your needs, encourage you at your own pace, and create a welcoming environment where you can build skills without pressure. You’ll never be left on your own — we’ll guide you from the very beginning right through to completing your course.

Once you have completed your course, you can expect to receive your certificate within 2 weeks. It will be sent directly to your email as an attachment for easy access.

If you haven’t received your certificate within this time, please don’t worry — simply contact us, and we’ll make sure it reaches you promptly.
