We are a family-run business with deep roots in the North East. We are proudly based at the Curtis Mayfield Multi-Racial Centre, home to the iconic World Headquarters.

With decades of experience in training and security, we are passionate about creating opportunities for all. Our Director, Danielle, is dedicated to educating and empowering people, helping them better themselves and achieve positive outcomes. With a master’s degree in .... and a genuine commitment to personal growth, she leads our mission to make security and training more accessible, inclusive, and impactful. James, her father, brings a wealth of experience as one of the region’s most respected leaders in security and training. Together, they’re redefining the traditional idea of a doorman, focusing on developing well-rounded teams equipped with skills, empathy, and understanding.

Through a strong security partnership, we have developed and championed a compassionate, forward-thinking approach. Inspired by WHQ’s ethos of fairness and community, we put the welfare of all stakeholders—customers, our team, and clients—at the heart of everything we do.

Alongside our specialism in security training, we also offer a range of courses in first aid and hospitality, equipping individuals with valuable, transferable skills. Whether it’s mastering de-escalation techniques, building confidence in customer service, or earning professional qualifications, our courses empower people to grow and thrive.
